We were lucky with the weather at Astrofest

Thank goodness Astrofest wasn't on this week. Weather has been totally Blah. It's been bucketing down here. Check out todays cloud picture.

as long as it is bucketing down at duckadang and filling the rivers and dams i don't care. Was a very good week. i think I could sacrifice viewing time if it filled the water supplies!

I think we all had a good time even though the viewing was not the greatest, but the company was.
After this weekend it can rain as much as it likes.
The weather will be great for tomorrow night.

Oh yes!!!! Rain is clearing overnight and expected to see clear cold nights through the week now. In remaining winter month August will be warmer than average and rainfall will be higher in Northern NSW.
