Did hear that on the new Hans, he did have a long and happy career, and lived to a ripe old age.

Not so happy at the end from what I read Leon - the way his step children tried to shaft him good and proper and he took them to court.

Google "mickey rooney elder abuse case" for more info.

Very sad actually in the closing years of such a star as he, to have to go thru that.
