Yes Raymo, great work. What a waste here - new moon and all and the rain is bucketing down, and it predicted to keep doing it all weekend. At least I get to see a couple of new images from you almost every day

Sorry Brian, I don't understand your post. What am I supposed to know?
Bruce, we have had 2.8mm of rain in the last 87 days. Too busy to do
any imaging for the next week or so.

I will gladly let you guys have some of our rain - seems so unfair not to share it around. I guess I will just have to browse Astrobin for images if you are going to be pausing production

Thanks for the compliment Brian, but I will get stuck in a sort of limbo
between the two levels, as I will never rise to the standard of the vast
majority of posters on the other forum. I can expect to improve somewhat with longer subs, and lower ISO's, but I don't take separate darks, flats, biases etc; have no idea how to combine different length subs in order to prevent washing out of highlights. I also have no means of guiding.[ Had 50+ yrs of manual guiding; not going there again.]
I am also stuck with a non modded DSLR, so my aim is just to do the best I can with what I've got. I'm enjoying it, which is I suppose is the main thing.

When all is said and done, it doesn't appear to be too much of a handicap raymo
