Arrow lightning

i know its not really related to astronomy , well maybe it is, so what i have read that grb may be a factor in our lightning storms , meaning that were getting bursts from very far away to exite electrons very kewl... any ways to make a long story short heres a very nice pic i too of a lighning comming down.

Great shot there Pascal. Really clean looking. Can you give us some details? Exposure, apature, camera etc... You were very lucky to get it nicely centred. How frequent was the lightning? Do you chase

I have found getting a shot takes about 100 exposures during a storm as much thought as you put into it it is not easy.
Congratulations on your capture it is a cracker.. well done

Very nice, you can even see it through the tree.

Right place at the right time with the 100 right shots

Pascal,

Magnificent image!

You might want to think about cropping the trees out and turning it into a widescreen (16:10) wallpaper. It would work really nicely, I think!

Regards,
Humayun
