Orion Quicky

Hey guys, nothing special here. A quick and rough M42. I really wanted to start imaging the horse head, but we won't go there…..

This is only a singe 10 minute sub with no calibration, and a quick process in PI. Considering the circumstances it came out well Will hopefully have some better luck soon for a larger project haha!

I think that's the best Orion I've ever seen with only one frame!

A bit noisy as expected but, as Allan said, a great result from a single sub! Good luck with the HH, Erik.

Have to agree with Allan here..pretty bluudy good for a single sub

It is a very bright neb though Erik...eg. I assume you have a one shot camera?..this was 10min each for red green and blue, I too was amazed at how much showed up

Yeah it is super bright Mike, a nice easy target I guess You're right, I used the QHY10 on this one.

Your M42 looks great also for only single subs
