Jupiter 08/07/06

These are the first round of processings from 25 min of imaging tonight. Just caught the end of the moderate seeing (6-7/10 )

First one has been had a rought run through Astra Image as per Mikes processing, the second one is straight from Registax with some AI gamma tweeks anc curves in PS. Still checking which ones are worth processing.

Each best 200/1200.

First 6000mm FL @ f/30 10 fps 1/25 sec exp
Second 9300 mm FL @ f/47 20 fps 1/25

I reckon that second one will come up pretty good with a bit of persuasion. Well done on the captures.

Thanks Paul, for giving us addicts a free shot in the arm, was getting a bit light headed from withdrawals.

I like the first one= seems to have sharper fine detail.
