Haven't used this for quite a while as the FSQ106 works better with my setup. This link shows it set up in my observatory:

Would work better with a DSLR as the focuser doesn't like heavy CCD cameras. You would have to source whatever adapters and spacers needed yourself and I no longer have the original packing cartons. The deal includes rings and a Losmandy compatible dovetail. I'm asking $4000 + shipping costs. The OPT site quotes US$5400 without the rings.
