Good Visual DS site east of Melbourne

Hi All,
I would like to get some recommendations for suitable DSO locations in Melbourne's East, just reasonable spots not necessarily the darkest of dark site with hours of travel:

• Good to get to (max 30 min drive)
• Level ground or better bitumen base (car park or similar)
• Slighly elevated
