Here's a panorama of Kilauea at Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park which is now closed due to the US government shutdown. I loved the rainbow on the left hand side of this photo...
To give you some idea of the scale of this picture, the crater to the right where the smoke is coming from, the Halemaumau crater, is roughly 1km across. It's an amazing place to visit and I particularly liked the steam vents along the road as you drive through the national park!
Unfortunately the park is now closed until the US government shutdown debacle is fixed...
