Reflection?

I took this photo last night of the Moon, Venus, Saturn and Spica. Taken from my backyard.
Any ideas what the green moon reflection is?

It's a reflection off one of the elements in your lens. In daylight these aren't often noticable (unless you get something like the sun in shot), but here the contrast between the moon and sky is enough to show it.

+1. I'd say it's an inverted crescent, an internal reflection of the brightest source in your pic which is the moon. If you took another one slightly offset you could stack and reject.
