Question Integrated chip bond repair

I have an old Commodore calculator with red LED display.. still working OK but couple of digit segments are not visible any more due to damaged bond wires on the LED display (partially my fault!).
Is it possible to repair this anywhere in Oz?
I tried ebay for faulty calcs or spare parts of course.. but so far nothing turned up.

Is it something you could possibly use a Silver Conductive Pen (Jaycar CAT. NO. NS3033) to touch up yourself?
