Nova Delphini 15th August 10:15 to 11:15UT
Taken this evening from Brisbane. Canon EOS600D, 200mm, 100% crop.
Out of focus image taken to show relative colours.
South is approximately up.
Additionally, a 24mm wide shot showing the location reference Altair and Vega.
And lastly a comparison with Stellarium
Thanks for looking,
Tom

Well done.... just came in from imaging this myself.... It certainly stands out amongst its fainter neighbours!

Cool.... where did he come from!
I was wondering before I started last night if a plate solve would work at all, given a new star dominating the field...
