... and dust. Now if IRIS and I could agree on gradient removal and if I'd taken some flats it might be a bit more even.

Sony a77, ISO 1600, 20x30 sec with INCR, Tokina 11-16@11 on a not particularly well aligned StarLapse.

Nice photo Andrew.

I really like the colours and detail.

The Sony performs well. It's good to see photos taken by something other than a Canon.

I have a Sony a550 that I have used for some wide astrophotos and I have an adapter that will allow me to use my Sony and Minolta lenses on my QHY ccd's. Hoping to test it soon.

Thanks Ross. There are a few Sony owners around. I've got two, and a couple of Minoltas from before Konica bought them, and before Konica sold the camera business to Sony.

Here's a different version done from the RAWs in AutoPano Giga and scaled down from a 60MB PNG. Looks like it needs some more stretching.
