DVDs! Astronomical and Scifi
I am clearing out some of my DVD collection, including a number of documentaries, movies and early sci fi series. Prices include postage to anywhere in Australia. I hope you enjoy watching them as much as I have over the years. All are in excellent condition as I am a bit anal about my DVDs and how they are handled. Also let me know if there is anything on my other for sale lists, or if you want multiple DVDs, and I will bundle them together and give you a price reduction.
Astronomical documentaries:
Seeing in the dark, a documentary about star gazing, note this is Region 1 coded, $10.
Shadow of the Moon by Ron Howard, note this is region 1 coded, $10.
Magnificent Desolation, walking on the Moon, note this is region 1 coded, $10.
Moon Race, The Eagle has landed, Apollo 4-11, clips from the earliest Moon missions, $10.
Moon Race, Houston we have a problem, Apollo 12-Soyuz, clips from the other Moon missions, $10.
Science fiction series and movies:
[Sold]UFO, the original 1970's space adventure complete with purple hair! From the makers of Thunderbirds and the forerunner to Space 1999, for those of us who grew up with this series it will bring back fond memories. 8 DVD set, $50.
Andromeda 5 season set, 30 discs. From the creator of Star Trek, Gene Roddenberry, it never really made it to popular TV, $50.
[Sold]Battlestar Galactica the 1978 movie, $5.
[Sold]Battlestar Galactica the original series from the 1970's, in my opinion, much better than the recent remake! 7 disc set, $20.
Galactica 1980, a brief followup to the original series staring Lorne Greene, $15.
V, the original miniseries from the 1980's, $25.
V, the 2009 remake, series 1, $15.
Starship Troopers, very much a cult film, $10.
Starship Troopers 2, Hero of the Federation, $10.
Starship Troopers 3, Marauder, $10.
Firefly, a western set in space, a very original concept but unfortunately only lasted one season, $20.
Serenity, another original concept from the maker of Firefly, $10.
