LDN1235 VdB149 VdB150

[Fabiomax (Fabiomassimo)]

This is a picture I did after a year of inactivity. Sooner or later I have to get me a remote observatory, because time is always very short. Though I tried, in about 4 and a half hours to get the LDN 1235 with the reflection nebula VdB149 and 150. The area is Cepheus, a real treasure trove of jewels weak and bright. There are many things to improve but I like to share it with you.

Cool target, Fabiomax. Leaves me wanting to know more and get a better feel for the target at hand. The different areas of reflection nebulosity bring something different. I've not seen this target before. It reminds me of NGC 5367 in Centaurus. Thanks for sharing.

BSIs are reflection nebulae. In this area there is a mass of gas and dust that make up the LDN 1235, a very weak field that I used to try the small ED 80. In fact, the Cepheus is full of these targets.
