Ozscopes

Has anybody else had trouble making contact with Ozscopes recently?
I bought a Omni 150 xlt off them about 4 years ago and was really impressed by their approach given I was a complete beginner. I tried to contact them last week by phone (4 times) and all I got was a recorded message and in the end I sent them an email. I wanted some information on a dual axis drive for the Omni. No response to the email ...
Not great service but I am wondering if there has been a change involving the way they operate.

I noticed they are hiring, so maybe they do not have enough staff to handle communications

They've always been responsive with very fast shipping for me.

I've only used them a couple of times for solar film.

Ozscopes response

I think there's been a change of ownership at Ozscopes as I have just had a response to my email from an organisation called Oz Huts which seems to own a variety of retail businesses, including Ozscopes.

Oz Huts has always owned OzScopes.

Oz Huts are a parent company I think.
