Expressions of interest

All,

Just putting it out there, in case anyone's interested!

I plan on running a landscape, and, night time photography workshop in the South Island of New Zealand for autumn next year.

I'd like to make it a split between too short and too long, and, am thinking of one week at this stage.

The workshop would cover the camera (of course), filters, light, composition, and then processing.

Thinking of taking a maximum of 6 people (plus myself) for this one.

Any interest?

Get in touch.

Hi H, have you got any rough dates at this stage? I am interested, but also heading to the USA in late march/ early April for a few weeks...

Cheers

Adam,

I'm thinking 3rd week of April, as that is when the autumn colours are at their peak.

That, or whenever I can coincide a first quarter or third quarter Moon, so we can make use of the beautiful and pristine dark skies available.

Note:

The tour will cover everything from the coast, valleys, rivers, lakes, forest, glaciers, mountains and everything in between. The golden hours will be our specialty.

It will be designed in such a way that anyone of any walking ability is able to join in, there won't be any overly strenuous trekking involved. I know how difficult it can be with carrying gear (I've done it many times!). Depending on the group, this might change.

Costs will include all accommodation and in-country travel. Food will be left to each person to buy. New Zealand has excellent grocery/shopping centres with fresh produce. This also helps with individual dietary requirements.
