Sol 30th June.

Comedy of errors today but I still managed to get some data. Yesterday was worse; had to delete the lot from a slowly rotating camera in the focuser

I've lost count of which image is what & at what settings but that's what you get when trying different techniques & different & NEW camera's

Here's one with the 40MM PST/ASI120MM/0.6 FR but due to the nearness of the FR to the chip, roughly a 0.4 reduction.

Not happy with this but whatever.

Another one I'm not happy with.

This was @ full rez without the FR. ASI120MM.

There doesn't seem to be a great difference between the image with and the image without the focal reducer.

Were they processed the same way?

That's because I have reduced both, but also reduced the full rez image to the same size as the FR image. Won't be sticking them up @ full size due to the relatively poor seeing.

Mmmm the poor seeing is quiet evident John.
Not a fair test of your skills mate.
Try, try again.

Yeah, crap seeing plus remember I told you I skimped on the amount of panes? That didn't help matters.

Here's another reprocess of that full rez data. Little bit happier with this but...Ok nup I lied, it's crap too!

Ok, tomorrow's mission is to rub this craps nose in it!
