Shroud for Dob

Need some help
Does any one know were I could buy material suitable for making cloth shroud for Dob
Would be nice if place available in Brisbane area but interstate also ok

Hi Dave

As Ron mentioned, Rip Stop is very important.

If you accidentally get a small tear in plain nylon, it will continue to tear and grow in size very easily. Rip Stop nylon has an interwoven mesh, a bit like a reinforcing grid pattern, so that if you puncture the material, it will generally only tear as far as the nearest mesh reinforcement thread.

I discovered this to my cost, and immense discomfort, by mistakenly using a cheap waterproof anorak in the Scottish mountains one winter……..
