Need help from tech savvy iphone peeps pls

Hi guys, I've just upgraded to an iphone from an old Nokia. I wasn't really a phone person but have to say am liking this one. My problem, I have a speaker system with a 3.5mm input jack and would like to send music to it via Bluetooth(which it doesn't have). So, is there a device I could plug into the speaker that the iphone will connect to and play music through ? If so could someone be kind enough to send me a link to what I need ? Many thanks in advance, Craig.

Not sure if I understand this correctly:
  • You have an iPhone with music on it
  • You want to play this music on your speakers
  • You want to use Bluetooth to send the music from your iPhone to your speakers
  • Your speakers don't currently have Bluetooth capability

If that's correct, then you might want to look at something like this: http://reviews.cnet.com/home-enterta...-35110085.html

Hope it helps.
Af.

Thank you sir, you understood perfectly. I was worried if I'd explained it well enough. I think that is exactly what I need, the AV outputs are even better for what I want. Thanks again.

I have that Logitech adapter and it's great. I use it with my iPad, Android tab and phone and my Windows lappy
One thing though, I've tried to connect two Mac book pros, a new one and a 4 yo one, and neither will detect it.

If you also want to extend your home wi-fi coverage, this is a possibility:

Most Hi-Fi stores will have a number of devices that plug into the amplifier of a Hi-Fi system so that you can transmit via bluetooth from your iphone. You plug them in, turn them on, wait for the light to stop flashing then go into your iphone setup app and ask it to find the blue tooth device, works well.
