iPhone app to check per app data usage?

Is there somthing in the settings or an app for iOS that can do this?

I have an ap called 3G Usage. It is specifically for telstra. I don't know if there are others.

The phone is with Telstra but just looking at the app page and it doesn't look like it shows per app usage though..?
