Weather permitting, anyone heading to Wiruna over the long weekend?
Invested in a Manfrotto tripod and heavy duty ball head for the Polarie which I want to try out under dark skies. Not to mention a new tent and heater
7Timer not looking good for tonight - not worth a 4 hour drive methinks.
My personal experience going there over the years is that even if it clears up the transparency will be terrible when it's wet. The temperature is up so you'll need a mop to keep the dew out.
