Telrad Mods

Anyone done any mods to their telrad? Have attached pic to illustrate what I made up back in '98. It is powered by ext. 12volt supply, has a *power on* led, 1 x single pole switch for the heater,(5 x 47ohm resistors inside the glass display), 1 x 2 pole centre off switch,(down for constant led/ up for flashing led), and a potentiometer, (pot), for varying the flash rate from around 1 sec on/off, to 4 sec on/off. The original switchpot is not touched and still controls the brightness and on/off function. Have made and sold about 7 to our members so far. L.
Just the facts m'am.

Will try to borrow a mod. telrad to show you the general arrangement. Usual cost is around $80.00 + post. If you or anyone is interested, let me know and I'll start making up some vero boards. L.

I made a heater out of resistors that fits snuggly inside the glass window. It works great and it is very usefull.
