M8 Lagoon Nebula

Was quite happy with this Lagoon I got last night - 23 x 4 min (1 hour 30 mins), SCT 10" with f/6.3 reducer/flattener. I liked the level of detail here, and seemed to get the focusing OK. But the PA was a bit iffy and there's field rotation at the edges (much cropped out).

It's hard to get it all spot on at once!

Used dithering again. That makes a lot of difference. And there are c 30m darks, 24 flats, 20 dark flats and 40 bias frames. These numbers really help with the noise.

Nice one- I seem to get more a green cast in my pics- I think it may be the CLS filter in the camera.!!
