Saturn May 25th

Despite ripply seeing (stars above my head were flashing away) and thin cloud spoiling trans I reckon last night's images were my best this year. Not sure if its the 3x tv barlow or primary fan but even in ordinary conditions my last 2 sessions have been productive.

Below is a straight colour, IR/Colour combo and finally LRGB IR (splitting colour into RGB channels and adding IR as L).1.5X Drizzle used.
25 degree elevation.

Lovely pics, I must get some planetary imaging done again, it looks like I am missing all the fun.

Thanks Peter. Yes you should be planetary imaging, don't waste Saturn, there are people in the northern hemisphere who would kill for an Aussie Saturn!
