Small 100~150 mm gear plus worm

I'm looking for a small size gear, maybe 100 ~ 150mm diameter, to fit 20mm or 35mm shaft, plus matching worm.
Before I head down the DIY track, I thought I'd ask if anyone has anything that might suit?

I have a beautiful Ed Byers 240mm 359 tooth gear, plus worm, for an azimuth drive.
I now need the smaller gear and worm for an altitude gear.
I suspect I will finish up making my own with Selley's Knead It, and threaded brass rod, but that would hardly complement the Byers gear!

Any ideas, offers? Maybe in that box in the shed?

Cheers

Chris
