Moon and Alpha1 and Alpha2 Librae

Image from tonight's lunar occultation of Alpha1 and Alpha2 Librae.
First go at doing this type of imaging.

Short video of reappearance of Alpha2 Librae (Zubenelgenubi) at

Thanks for looking.

Hi,

80mm Vixen refractor on Vixen GP mount. Imaging source DBK camera at prime focus. Stellarium was very useful in choosing the area to set the camera on.

regards,

RichardJ

Terrific image & video Richard!
I missed the occultation nor have I seen one yet, so I got a big kick out of watching the video- playing it over and over again.
I've popped both on the IIS fb page HERE- it's gotten a fair bit of attention.
