Hey. Thanks Doug.

I've been on the lookout for a 2nd hand 20mm Nag and 35mm Pan for a while.

Keep giving us those heads ups

For those looking to purchase 2nd hand gear from OS, I would make astromart my first port of call. Its a much smaller community than ebay and those that deal there care about protecting their reputation. Its also a good place to gauge fair market price.
I have made a number of purchases there and never had a bad experience

Good call Geoff.

I often visit Astromart "on the sniff" for a good deal on ep's.

But as Doug points out, it does seem a good time for Naglers and Pans right now.

Just one of those cyclic things.

But it's handy when someone like Doug gives us all a heads up, just in case we haven't visited in a week or 2. Unlike e-Bay, where you've often got days to watch the bidding and make a decision whether you'll risk making a bid of your own... it's the quick or the dead over at Astromart.

It's a trade-off I spose.

I have had the odd dealing with Astromart (well that's all I'll admit to) and never had a snag. The close knit community makes sure virtually all deals are sound. I would buy there way more than on the auction site. Get some credability on Astromart and you are away. The mindset of "ConUS Only" can be gotten around, I have certainly changed a few that had this initially.
Don't forget to help out with support if you do deal a bit there. (same as here).

You know it, Rob!!

At least it went to a home where it will be well loved and oft used.

Can't ask for more than that for a great EP like the 20mm Nag.

And I know when you're bored with it and you want to make a quick $100, you'll be in touch with your old mate in the nation's capital
