Pst sun 310313

Clouds cleared at about 5pm today. Just enough time to do some quick photography. Composite of 2 images (1/60sec and 1/4 sec) taken with my PST and Canon 450D DLSR on AZ3 mount. Some lovely prominences and a new spot rotating into view.
Thanks for looking.

Richard

How do you connect the 450D to the PST?

Cheers

Hi Niko,

I attach my camera to the PST with the following adapter I've put together. It is composed of a T-mount, nose piece off a Guan Sheng camera adapter (one that also allows eyepiece projection) and a 2x Skywatcher Barlow lens. It works great with the PST and with my Lunt scope. Hope this helps.

regards,

RichardJ.
