Hi All
Well after a first failed outing were i basically had major problems setting up and communicating with the mount i went out last night with high hopes of at least getting a photo or 2. The first few hours was spent battling software (eqalign and cartes) it seemed the problems of the other outing were doomed to repeat themselves. Then all of sudden it started to work. A quick polar alignment and i decided to swing round to see if i could get m42. A quick 30 second exposure followed by jumping round shouting "it works, it works"
So the results 2x120sec exposures @iso800 with 3 darks and a little post processing in GIMP but i really didn't do much.
Scope: WO Megrez72 fd
Mount: NEQ6 pro
Camera: 60d
