Wanted Finder Scope

Hi all

Would anyone out there have a Finder Scope with dovtail bracket to fit the Orion ED 80 that they may wish to sell.

Thanks Leon

Leon I bought a red dot finder from My Astro shop for my ED80, slots straight in and isn't too bulky, cost just $44 recession riddled buckazoids. If you get one make sure it comes with the correct bracket. Mine was shipped with the wrong bracket, but Steve rectified that in record time.

Leon, I have a Meade finder scope 9 x 30 (I think from memory), but no dovetail or rings.
See if you can get just the dovetail and rings and get back (PM) to me if you're intersted. Ohh yeah I almost forgot................the price!!

Although it is surplus to my needs, and considering sentiments etc.....been in the family for years, spent many enjoyable nights together, etc. etc. I could let it go for say...........................the cost of postage?

best,
Doug

I thought an ED80 was a finderscope

I have an vixen 8x50 right angle gathering dust. I'd go for the red-dot myself though.

Don't be rude!

BTW Leon it is an 8 x 50 not a 9 x 30 as I indicated earlier.

Cheers,
