Approaching Storm

While having a look outside the other night for some good star shots this storm started to build in my view. I took quite a few shots and managed to grab this one as lightning went off inside the clouds and lit it up nicely for me.

I dont usually go to town with processing my photos in lightroom and photoshop. I like to try and keep it as natural as possible, what do you all think about this on?

Great shot Craig. Its really eerie, with the mauve cloud colours and lightning effects. Your right, it needs little if any further processing.

Well done.

Clear skies

Cracker!

Assume the moon was illuminating the cloud, or is that lightning?

Thanks Sarge, I 'worked' on the image more than I usually would, but those clouds just kept begging for more.

It was a cloudless night, the storm was slowly growing then it started some lightning, not many only saw about 5 flashes and managed to grab this one.
