Beleive it or not.

I was on reserve today- called at 4am- cloudy anyway. Worked until 2.30pm and noticed it was clearing later in the arvo. Set up for a night run, when I noticed weather pushing up from the south. Yes Ex cyclone Tim, and it came quickly as well. I had just enough time to grab two sets of the moon in daylight. Yep daylight, the time is still on the file name. The last set was at 18. 11.05 at least 30 minutes before last light here. Used the Vixen 130ss and DMK51. Two panels of 800 frames, processed in RegiStax6 and manually merged in Photoshop CS6.
Raining pretty good now.

Moon

Thanks Paul,
I am no expert on the moon but it looks a bit washed out. I just figured that was because it was still light. I was really filling in time waiting for dark, but got rain instead. Might start doing some in earnest soon as the weather lets up.
