C/2012 f6 10/3/2013

I took this image yesterday at Clayton bay. I had some difficulties processing the image because I accidentally shot jpegs instead of raw.

8" f/5 Skywatcher newtonian with Baader MPCC. Canon 60d. 9 x 90 sec subs. processed in DSS and photoshop CS6.

Very nice Steven, glad to see the result. I can say I think it is one of the best I have seen. I don't think shooting in Jpeg hurt the image at all. Very smooth. Well done. See you next time.

That's an awesome close up. The chevrons in the tail are really clear. It's comet Citroën . Top shot.
