Losmandy TITAN - or something like it
I'm in the market for a good mount that can handle a heavy load. I have my own pier so don't care about the tripod. Having done 5 minutes of research, AP and Losmandy seem to be the two contenders but AP no longer make their 1200 which would be the alternative to the Titan.
Pier adapter would be handy but I can always acquire one.
Gemini II preferred but I'll be using it in my obs with a laptop so will be software controlled in the main - I'm guessing that means the Gemini is not as important.
Looking to purchase in the next 2 weeks, I have the cash now.
