Asteroid DA14

Will I be able to view this Asteroid DA14 Saturday morning 16/02 from Craigieburn 3064 with a set of binoculars ??
If so what would be the best time for viewing and I have been told to keep my eyes in the versinity of the Crux .
Ps.At what degrees
