200mm Frying Pan Starrs

Gidday,

Well, finally seen it lastnight, very nice when it popped in the Bino's. Enjoyed a nice sunset earlier, and seemed to take forever to darken enough for Panstarrs to show, thought I'd missed it, but was a lot higher than thought ?
600D, 200mm, iso800, Av7.1, 0.8sec, ICNR, 2sec delay. CS3 herbs and spices ,, Pretty happy with the image & was stoked to eventually have a Visual, just naked eye, but grouse in the Bino's !

Appreaciated Matt - and I can certainly sympathise with you, tho I can now say, apon seeing either comet the 1st time, is quite the Buzzzz : ) As mentioned, I thought it was much lower, so to put things into perpective,, the sun had set @ approx 6:09, give/take a minute or two,, this photo was taken @ 7:00, tho I had seen it 1st in the Bino's about 5-10mins before and virtually directly above where the sun had set ! !
