Actually...I've posted before on the fact that we have a sad flood mittigation effort in Oz (compared say to the Mississippi-Army-corps-levy
system in the USA), and many in QLD will bear the brunt of this latest system...poor buggers

The 'scope was quite new to me at the time, so the stars are not quite as tight as what I can get out of it now...probably needs a re-visit....but yes, I take your point
