Small Scale winemaking equipment

Just in time for the red harvest!!

I have some personal winemaking equipment that I am looking at selling to fund a telescope upgrade. Equipment details listed below, together with pricing.

2 x 300L Stainless Steel Variable Capacity Tank $150 each
Hand operated Crusher/Destemmer $220
CP25 Mono Pump (240V single phase) $350
TPS 1852 laboratory pH meter with auto temp correction $200

Tanks and crusher/destemmer are pickup only due to size.
The pump could probably be posted at buyers expense (though its pretty heavy), pick up also okay.
Pickup or post for the pH meter (at buyers expense)

Has been in storage and will need cleaning before use.

The seals for the variable capacity tank lids may need replacing.
The actual probe/sensor for the pH meter probably also due to be replaced

I also have a collection of assorted glass demijohns as well, ranging from 5L up to (from memory) about 35-40L, a stainless steel cap plunger, together with PMS, Tartaric Acid and DAP (suitable quantities for small scale winemaking) Pickup only.

Equipment currently located in Adelaide (with family), but can arrange transport of the big stuff from Adelaide to south central NSW (or anywhere on route) if required. note however that I will only be making one Griffith-Adelaide return trip with the trailer (possibly the weekend of the 23th feb), so if you're interested let me know sooner rather than later.

Thanks, Richard

Just to piggyback on Richard's Ad....
I have a collection of winemaking books available (cheap!) which would compliment all this gear....
