PHD and Nebulosity Issues

I have been using both Nebulosity 2 and 3 for some time and have bothe the current ver of PHD as well as the old ver. I have just setup a new computer and tried it all out tonight.. However I am not able to get PHD to connect via nebulosity. It just give me a message NOT CONNECTED. This does not allow me to dither etc by having the two programs talking to each other.. Has always worked fine on my other compurer... Any Ideas

Try enable server under PHD tools.

Thanks Robin. Yep that was it. Should have realised this but I think I am just having a bad night.. Time for bed I think..
