Moon shot with iPhone

This shot was taken last night (17 Jan 2013) with my iPhone5 hand-held at the eyepiece of my 12 inch dobsonian.

Terrific! You've achieved really good focis there.

It's so rewarding isn't it being able to grab such a detailed image with a phone!

Impressive amount of detail for afocal and a phone. What type of eyepiece did you use?

The eyepiece was a 13mm Nagler (Type 6).
