Deep Horse Head in 3nm NII

I could not resist taking 5X32 minute frames of the Horse Head region as a test.

Full sensor resolution FoV 3.5 X 3.5 degrees. 6MB

All the work to accurately align and get rid of residual flexure has been worth all the pain.

Bert

Very dramatic. Looks like some angry ghouls rising from bottom of the frame.

Glad you got it all sorted Bert.

That's really nice Bert.
I am seeing detail that I've never seen before.
I hope you'll make a mosaic up including Orion as well & stitch it all together.

cheers
Allan
