M42/M43 and also IC434/NGC2024

I would have like to get a lot more data, but the smoke is making it a bit difficult at times.

Luminance = 300sec x 20
RGB = 150 sec x 10

I also played around with the colours on IC434 and NGC2024 to produce a 'arty concept' look.. I personally like it, but may not suit everyones tastes.

The composition of IC434 was chosen to suit my desktop background as I have all my icons on the left side, I wanted the image to be on the right.

Equipment:
QHY9-M @ -25degrees
HEQ5 Pro
WO FLT98 + AstroTech 2" Flattener
Orange Bright LRGB Filters
