Took the plunge-Toukam 840k

Finally convinced myself that my modded webcam pro 3000 was not up to frame rate nor dimensions needed for proper planetary imaging so I ordered a toukam pro 840k from Telescopes and Astronomy in SA. Ordered last week so I expect it this week and want to give some of those contributing in the Solar System forum a run for the money. Usual solution to a problem - throw money at it, but I guess its the same for anything we do.
Cant wait for it to come and the jetstream to clear off.

I did not get the modded version as I already have a modded quickcam pro 3000.
I did not get the 900 version as I didnt see a great improvement over the 840k
I did get the baffled adapter to see how good it was
Regards,
Allan
