New Year's Day Saturn

My first go at the ringed planet around 4am this morning.

Seeing was exceptional before the fireworks (midnight) and I managed to capture some good quality Jupiter data before heading off for celebrations.. will try to post results soon.

Unfortunately the same cannot be said about early morning when turbulent conditions returned. Still reasonably happy with this attempt given the low elevation.

Well done Seb! It was worth getting up so early or staying up so late!
