Going in Space, or, How do they do it?

I am sure you all wanted to know this! I thought about posting it in the Celestial Events Forum, but decided that you wouldn't want to actually look, really.

Since Alan Shepard was forced to wee in his spacesuit, here is a countdown on sitdowns in space. Serious stuff.
