I can find $16.50 on ebay...but that's about it.

Used to be a guy called Steve Mogg who ran a business in Adelaide (from memory) called Mogg adapters. I have one of his 1.25" to C thread adapters.
Not sure if he's still in business.

Hi Ken,
Bintel in Sydney currently have them in stock, they are without a collar so you can get your sensor nice and close to the focal point.
