Confused again......?

I tweaked the collimation of the RC10 with the TAK scope yesterday. I know it won't be perfect because its held in by the compression rings, but should be pretty near I figured. Popped a cheshire in for a look, and it all looked good. Star tested and it was way out!

Collimated to the star, everything nice and concentric, Al's collimation aid confirmed that. Put the cheshire back in, and the centre spot is off again?
The primary looks perfect through the TAK scope.

I really don't know what is going on here?
