First go at Hubble Pallatte

Hi guys, last week I ordered baader O3 and S2 filters to compliment my HA filter. I used Peter Tan who has been great to deal with, (ordered Wednesday last week delivered yesterday). After loading the filters into my wheel and checking for cloud about 20 times before dark I actually got out last night to take some images (rare when gear arrives). I had one hiccup with my setup, I already had some HA on this target so my plan was to take just S2 and O3 and combine them. The first image came down (O3) and I thought it was all good, turns out the filter wheel was stuck on HA for about 1.5 hours. I fixed the issue and got enough time to take 3 subs of each S2 and O3 at 10 minutes each.

This is also the first image that I have had maximdl doing all the guiding as well as image acquisition. The next step is for me to get maxpoint doing automated pointing / solving runs to increase repeatability so i can image over multiple nights more effectively.

Nice Peter. The field of view is nice. Colouring needs a little work but quite close in my opinion. Look forward to more. Trying to image at the house tonight. About to go out at 1030pm and setup the RC12.
