Corona Australis

Hi Everyone!

Been a while since I posted an image on this forum. but the weather has been horrible as of late.
Anyway captured this diffficult image last weekend at the ASV LMDSS site.

Instrument: Bintel 8" Newtonian Astrograph.
Focal Ratio: F/4
Camera: Pentax K-x
Camera Sensitivity: iso 800
Exposure Details: 24 x 5 minute subs + Master Dark and Flat
Mount: NEQ6pro
Autoguider: Orion Autoguider & Saxon ED80 guidescope
Date: 18th August 2012
Viewing Location: Heathcote LMDSS
Software Enchancements: DSS PS CS2
Comments: Excellent conditions
Seeing conditions: 8

Hey Paul that looks excellent, I can't seem to get anything more than a small image of it though..? Can a larger version be viewed on Photobucket?

I like the dark look, many Corona Australis images have the dust very bright, which is also cool but keeping it darker does give the area more of the dusty mood.

Larger Image

First of all thank you everyone for your encouraging comments

Mike you can view a larger image on photobucket by clicking the image itself I think that may work
